We will run workshops centred around reproductive health mental health awareness, the challenges of puberty and other self-confidence building issues. We will also offer free cooking lessons

Training sessions
Cooking is an essential life skill. Though we will be sending out recipes of some of the meals we will like to teach our young girls how to cook we also welcome suggestions from them on what kind of dishes they may want to learn how to cook
Please use the contact page form to send us your suggestions
Awareness campaigns
Mental and physical wellbeing are vital for healthy growth and development. That is why we have included mental health awareness in our Girl Power Project.
